SENIOR LEVEL ARTIST
RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for an experienced Senior Level Artist, who can create photo-realistic scenes of indoor and outdoor levels in real-time game engine. You will work closely with Game and Level Design departments to create outstanding game levels. Also, you will be in close cooperation with 3D and 2D Art teams.
Creation of modules and unique geometry for levels.
Ability to work with tiles and trims workflow.
Instancing of locations – architecture and props.
Work with atmosphere and overall feeling.
Set up first iterations of light scenarios.
Team player with superb communication skills.
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of experience in game development and modelling
1+ AAA released titles
Experience with game engines such as Unreal, Unity, etc.
Understanding of composition, color-coding and lighting is a must.
Advanced experience with any 3D modelling package.
Knowledge of modular approach with tiles and trims.
Attention to details on all levels
Understanding on restrictions and optimization.
Good English.
Able to work creatively as part of a large or small groups.
Knowledge of modern AAA pipelines.
Preferences
Artistic/architectural/engineering education or background.
Versatility in used tools and performed tasks.
Understanding of both modern and legacy real-time rendering tech and lighting principles.
Knowledge of additional software is a plus (ZBrush, XNormal, World Machine, Speedtree, Houdini, etc.).
Hardcore FPS gamer.
Fluent in Ukrainian/Russian.
