We’re looking for a Senior Combat Designer to strengthen our Design team. You will help achieve the next level of immersive combat in a studio with a lot of history in this discipline.

  • Focus on practically implementing combat direction of the game - taking into account the AI design work, level design, character and weapon design and how to translate it through combat introduction and combat player progression, align it with game pillars and maintain that direction

creatE 3D Assets for Environments

PRINCIPAL 3D ENVIRONMENT ARTIST NEW IP

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a Principal 3D Environment Artist to join our team. The job will require working with the Art team to create cutting edge 3D modular asset sets and environments for our new AAA IP. Work closely with Designers, Concept Artists, and Art Directors to create highly detailed natural objects, parts of levels, and playable scenery.  

Develop and refine environment assets including models, textures and materials to meet the project’s visual requirements and performance specifications. 

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to push the boundaries of visual style by introducing innovative tools, techniques, and workflows that enhance immersion and emotional impact. 

  • Assist with defining and achieving the final render quality through a keen eye for scene composition, lighting, and materials. 

  • Define standards for environment art and support the integration and feedback of outsourced assets. 

  • Establish Art benchmarks for the Art team across different areas of the Environment Art pipeline. 

  • Define working practices, maintain documentation, and ensure authored content is adhering to any defined structures and standards. 

  • Maintain visual consistency across the environment and ensures that assets adhere to the established art style and technical guidelines. 

  • Work together with the Tech-art team to improve workflow, ensuring a seamless integration of assets into the project. 

  • Coordinate with other team members, including level design and production, to achieve project objectives. 

  • Directly manage, teach, and mentor other artists.  

REQUIREMENTS

  • 6+ years of experience in AAA game development, modelling, and texturing.  

  • An exceptional understanding of current game art processes, limitations and dependencies. 

  • An exceptional understanding of form, shape, structure, silhouette, and composition.  

  • Have an excellent eye for detail in level dressing and scene composition. 

  • Meticulous work with textures and materials.  

  • Extensive 3D knowledge with your preferred modelling package (Maya/Max/Blender), also Photoshop, ZBrush, Substance Painter/Designer, and Baking Tools.  

  • Experience in creating environments from small to large scale.  

  • In-depth knowledge of pipeline requirements of real-time game art.  

  • Have shipped at least one AAA PC or console title in a similar position.  

  • Excellent communication skills in English.  

  • Able to work creatively as part of a large or small group.  

  • Knowledge of modern AAA pipelines.  

Preferences

  • Technical or art education.  

  • Experience in leading artists is a plus.

SENIOR PROCEDURAL ENVIRONMENT ARTIST  NEW IP

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

We’re seeking a talented Senior Procedural Environment Artist specialized in Houdini, or similar procedural tools, to join our team. The successful candidate will create layouts and work with existing assets to fill the game world, crafting procedural tools, putting together dynamic environments. The candidate will also follow the production schedule and the chosen artistic view, as well as work closely with our Game Design, Level Design, and Art teams.  

  • Work closely with artists, tech artists and game designers to develop and implement systems to generate environments, effects and asset population procedurally using software like Houdin, Geometry Nodes, etc. 

  • Work with artists and tech artists to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and integrate procedural tools into the existing pipeline. 

  • Proactively identify environment art related issues, propose solutions and document processes and tools.  

  • Provide support for procedural content and staff training. 

  • Research, define, extend, and maintain production pipelines, processes, and workflows. 

  • Perform quick research for shapes and environments.  

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of experience in game development and modelling. 

  • Strong experience with any procedural creation software, with a preference for Houdini.  

  • Strong understanding and sense of graphical shape, form, and silhouette.  

  • Experience in Python or similar scripting tools.  

  • Knowledge of engine tooling and automation. 

  • Knowledge of real-time rendering engines, resource limits, and optimization.  

  • Experience with large asset authoring.

We need a VFX Artist to join our team.
